GTfusiOn Gran Turismo Team World Championship Round 3 2022

GTfusiOn GT7 Team World Championship Round 3 2022

GTfusiOn 2022 Round 3

Against all odds, the GTfusiOn organisation continues its journey.

For this third part, we head to the United Kingdom where Colin Turkington, 40 years old Northern Irish driver, 4 times BTCC* champion ( 2009, 2014, 2018, 2019 ), 65 Best Tour, will illustrate himself on a Sunday race under a driving rain on Brands Hatch in West Kingsdown in Kent.

The weekend started well with a fine 1 , 2 , 3 in qualifying for the BMW drivers, the first time in the 41 year history of the BTCC that a manufacturer has secured the top three places in qualifying. Unfortunately the story of the Friday and Saturday races will soon be forgotten.Having to settle for a meagre fifth place overall in the first race and seventh in the second, it was Josh Cook who won both races in a Honda civic Type R. The wet track did the BMW drivers a disservice.

On Sunday the weather deteriorated, the humidity gave way to rain. The behaviour of the BMWs was very different.Turkington will sign the 25th pole of his career and will add a new victory to the sixty previous ones in BTCC.

Turkington: - "Yesterday we had totally dry conditions and I was on pole and today, in totally wet conditions, I won. It's the intermediate weather that doesn't allow us to fully exploit the BMW and unfortunately we had that in two races today. Clearways, a long straight corner in particular, was a problem all day because there was no grip, but when it rained properly the grip was there and that transformed the day, and the team did a really good job on the set-up throughout the day to make me more comfortable. It's great to get my first win of the year and we'll try to build on that at the next round."

See you at Brands Hatch in the BMW Gr.4

on the weekend of 17,18,19 June for Round 3 of the GTfusiOn 2022 World Team Championship

GTfusiOn Round 2 2022 Gran Turismo Team World Championship

GTfusiOn 2022 Round 2

Who will have the balls to pass the bus stop side by side?

It is January 30th 2022, We are witnessing a last lap between Mathieu Jaminet (Porsche 911 n°9 Pfaff) and Laurens Vanthoor (Porsche 911 n°2 KCMG) in the GTD Pro category during the 2022 Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona.

On lap 711 Vanthoor gave everything he had to win the last stint, but one small detail was important: Mathieu Jaminet did not want to accept this and resisted until the bus stop, where after an umpteenth hard contact* between the two, Vanthoor crashed and lost all hope of victory, even giving up second place to the Risi Ferrari team.

For this second meeting GTfusiOn organisation is setting up its barnum on the legendary Daytona International Speedway. Who among our participants will be best prepared to master the 5729 meters of this American circuit located in Florida, inaugurated in February 59 and temple of NASCAR?

Who, among them, will be able to tame the beautiful 991 RSR '17, Porsche's 18 manufacturers' victories at Daytona International Speedway.

The answer on May 13, 14, 15, 2022 during Round 2 of the 14th GTfusiOn World Team Championship 2022

GTfusiOn GTSport Team World Championship Round 3 2021

GTfusiOn GTsport Team World Championship Round 3

We are already in Round 3 of the GTfusiOn GT Sport Team World Championship 2021
First of all, I would like to congratulate the Virtualdrivers by TX3 team for their excellent performance in the overall team ranking. Four Virtualdrivers by TX3 made it into the top 10 in the qualifying rankings. They show us that they mastered the Brazilian subject. We will have to count on them in the race for the 2021 title. [b]They take the lead in the general ranking. Slipped into second place, the Drivers of the WSR - Wise Sim Racers team will have to give everything to stay in the top 3 of the PRO category. Finally, placed on the third step of the podium, the Kimbex Racing Team is the pleasant surprise of this beginning of GTfusiOn. However, we will keep an eye on the Executive Project Team and Prima eSports, who could come and play the troublemaker in the next combo!
Speaking of which, our time machine stopped in 2016 to salute the incredible feat of the Ford manufacturer at Le Mans. Although the story begins on 19 June 1966 with the historic trifecta of the Caroll Shelby-designed Ford team of Bruce McLaren, Chris Amon, Ken Miles, Denny Hulme, Ronnie Bucknum and Richard Hutcherson in the Ford GT40 Mk.II at the French Sarthe circuit.
Fifty years later, on 19 June 2016, at the 84th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, in the LMGTE Pro class. Ford performance with the Chip Ganassi Racing team represented by drivers Joey Hand, Dirk Müller and Sébastien Bourdais will first set the fastest qualifying time in the class in 00:03:51.185 and then take a symbolic victory in the new Ford GT in the legendary 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours race. Unveiled in Detroit in January 2015 at the Auto Show, the return of the Ford GT, which has been missing since 2006, is a great delight for visitors. On sale since the end of 2016, it marks the jubilee of the undisputed victory of the three GT 40s on the Le Mans circuit in 1966. The Ford GT is produced in the Markham factory in Canada. It was equipped with the small 3.5 litre V6 (Ecoboost), a new dual-turbocharged engine developing no less than 647 bhp at 6550 rpm. With a weight limit of 1,385 kg, it has an eloquent torque of 746 Nm. Equipped with a 7-speed automatic transmission (dual clutch DCT), the Ford GT offers explosive acceleration. The top speed is 360km/h, which makes it the fastest production Ford in history. With its aesthetics, power, aerodynamics and unbelievable handling, Ford engineering has concocted a winning recipe that will continue to write the history of the American brand.
We look forward to seeing you on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of May to experience the Ford GT on the legendary Le Mans circuit for Round 3 of the GTfusiOn GT Sport Team World Championship 2021
